This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, stored, used, processed and protected when you apply for entry to the FIM JuniorGP 2022, a sporting event (hereinafter, the ?Championship?) organized by FIM, FIM EUROPE and Dorna Worldwide, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as "DWW" or the "Organization").

This Privacy Policy is addressed to the riders who apply for registration in the FIM JuniorGP 2022 (hereinafter the "PARTICIPANT" or the "Rider"), as well as to their legal representatives and to the members of the competition team to which they belong, whose data may be collected and processed for the proper management of the registration and participation in the Championship. For the purposes of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the ?Privacy Policy?), the applicant is understood to be the person who actively makes the registration, whether it is the Rider on his own behalf, its legal representatives, or the team managers.

The protection and security of your personal data is fundamental for DWW, so through this Privacy Policy we want to explain in a simple, clear and transparent way how we process and protect your personal information.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

To manage the registration for the FIM JuniorGP championship: to process the pre-registration request and, if necessary, to send communications regarding the status of the registration request.

To manage the participation in the FIM JuniorGP championship, in case the application is finally admitted. In such case, the processing of the riders' personal data will be necessary for the following activities related to their participation in the Championship:

- Management of the contractual relationship generated with the organization, sponsors, and promoters of the circuits in which the PARTICIPANT is involved.
- Management of travel, accommodation and attendance at events which are necessary to enable the PARTICIPANT's presence at the FIM JuniorGP 2022.
- Access control of the PARTICIPANT to the facilities where the FIM JuniorGP 2022 takes place.
- Management of payments and deposits, if any, to which the PARTICIPANT is obliged within the framework of its registration and participation in the FIM JuniorGP 2022.
- Management of the PARTICIPANT?s image rights for promotional activities related to its participation in the FIM JuniorGP 2022, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.


In order to manage the registration and participation in the FIM JuniorGP, DWW will process the following categories of data relating to the PARTICIPANT in the Championship:

In order to manage the registration request, the categories of data processed will be:
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, ID number, email address, telephone number, team.
- Personal characteristics data: nationality, sex, age, date of birth.
- Bank details.
- Professional data: team, category, license number.

In order to manage the participation in the event, the categories of data processed will be:
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, ID number, email address, telephone number, team.
- Data on personal characteristics: nationality, sex, age, date of birth.
- Bank details.
- Professional data: team, category, license number.
- Image and voice (photography, video recording).
- Health data, in accordance with the following provisions.

As a consequence of the PARTICIPANT's participation in the Championship and/or events related thereto, in accordance with the purposes set out above and the Terms and Conditions, the Authorized Doctors, as well as the services contracted to provide medical services and any Hospital in which the Rider is treated (hereinafter the Caregivers), may collect and process personal data of the Rider, including data relating to health (considered as a special category of data). Furthermore, the Caregivers, when necessary for the correct assistance of the Rider within the framework of the Competition or related events, may communicate to authorized third parties, including DWW, FIM and FIM Europe, data relating to the Rider's health. In such case, the data processed by DWW shall be limited to basic data deriving from medical results and, in general, to the data strictly necessary for the purpose deriving from their participation in the Championship which shall include releasing the physical condition of the Participant when broadcasting the event or via newsletters.

The fulfillment of the registration form and the management of the Rider's participation in the Championship requires the provision and processing by DWW of third party data relating to:

Legal guardian/legal representative of the Rider:
- Identification and contact data: Name, surname, ID card number, signature, telephone number and e-mail address.

Head of the team to which the Rider belongs:
- Identification and contact information: Name, surname, e-mail and telephone number.

The applicant, as the case may be, guarantees to have the authorization to provide the data of third parties and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting DWW from any liability in this regard. However, DWW may carry out periodic verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.


The data requested in the registration form are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field), as they are necessary for the correct management of the registration and participation of the Rider in the Championship.

Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, the registration and management of participation in the Championship cannot be processed.


The lawful basis for the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 6.1, b) of the GDPR is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, as well as the execution of the contractual relationship established through the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for registration in the FIM JuniorGP 2022. In particular, DWW may process health data of the PARTICIPANT when it is necessary to protect his/her vital interests or those of another person, in the event that he/she is not physically able to consent to such processing or when it is necessary to provide him/her with medical assistance, care or diagnosis, (article 9.2. letters c) and h) of the RGPD), in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and, specifically, with the Spanish Sports Law, provided that the development of the competition requires the processing of these special categories of data.

Finally, personal data may also be processed in order to comply with legal obligations required of the data controller based on article 6.1.e) RGPD related to applicable civil, administrative, criminal or any other legislation to which DWW is subject.


The personal data of the data subject may be communicated to:

- Public Administrations with competence in the matter, exclusively when there is a requirement to that effect.
- Courts and Tribunals, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Public Security Bodies, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Likewise, the data may be communicated to:

- FIM Europe and FIM, for the sole purpose of verifying the licenses and accreditations required to take part in the competition, in accordance with the regulations in force. The personal data communicated will be those necessary for the intended purpose, in accordance with the principle of data minimization and purpose limitation.
- Third parties related to the management of the Championship: Circuits, promoters, sponsors, media involved in the coverage of the corresponding event, as well as hotels or transportation service providers, among others, that may be necessary for the best management of the participation in the competition.

Additionally, the data may be accessed by DWW's suppliers, being such access necessary for the proper fulfillment of the legal obligations and/or the purposes indicated above. Such suppliers will not process your data for their own purposes that have not been previously informed by DWW.


As a general rule, it is not foreseen to process or transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, if it is necessary for the purposes of the processing, DWW will inform the data subject of this circumstance and will apply the appropriate measures and guarantees in this field in accordance with the regulations in force for the best protection of your personal data.


As a general rule, when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, they will be blocked and will be made available only to the competent authorities for the attendance of legal responsibilities arising from the processing, always in accordance with the applicable regulations, and may not be used for different purposes. Once the corresponding conservation periods have elapsed in the event of blocking, such personal data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

In particular, the data collected for the management and processing of registration applications will be processed during the registration period of the Championship. At the end of the registration period, if the application is not accepted, the data will be duly blocked and will be available only available to the competent authorities with regard to the legal actions that may arise from the processing.

In the event that the application for registration is accepted and the actual participation in the Championship takes place, the data will be processed for as long as they are necessary for the management of the participation of the Rider and his/her team. After the end of the Championship, the data will be kept duly blocked for the corresponding period of the legal actions that may arise from the participation in the Championship.

They may also be kept indefinitely:

-The data necessary for certification of attendance or participation in the Championship.
-The data included in audiovisual records.
-Those data that must be preserved in accordance with the legislation on historical or documentary heritage and/or archival.


The applicant:

Guarantees that the data provided to DWW are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Minors may not use DWW's services without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through DWW's services, and they will be the ones to enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from providing personal data without their supervision. The applicant, or in case of minors, their legal representative, is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided properly updated, so that it corresponds to their real situation.

You guarantee that, if you provide information from third parties, you have informed them of the aspects contained in this document. You also guarantee that you have obtained their express authorization to provide their data to DWW for the said purposes.

You will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information you provide during the registration process and during the management of your participation in the Championship, as well as for any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to DWW or third parties.


Data subjects may exercise, by writing to DWW, at the address indicated in the heading of this Privacy Policy, or by e-mail to the address of the DPO indicated above, at any time and free of charge, their data protection rights and, specifically, the following:

Access to their personal data and obtain confirmation as to whether DWW is processing personal data concerning the data subject.

Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

To withdraw the consents granted.

Object to certain processing and, specifically, those based on DWW's legitimate interest.

Request the erasure of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Obtain from DWW the restriction the processing when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.

Request the portability of the data provided by the user in those cases provided for in the regulations.

DWW will process the user's data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will keep the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to such data, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
